مطار بنغازي الدوليBenghazi International Airport

على مساحة إجمالية تبلغ 24 كيلومترًا مربعًا، وطبقًا لأعلى المعايير الدولية في مجال الطيران. تعمل المجموعة مع شركائها في تشييد مطار عصري ويتضمن المشروع إنشاء صالة ركاب بمساحة 125,000 متر مربع مصممة لتوفير انسيابية مثالية لحركة المسافرين وتجربة سفر مريحة، بالإضافة إلى 12 جسرًا حديثًا للطائرات، ومدرج بطول 3,800 متر قادر على استقبال مجموعة واسعة من الطائرات.Covering a total area of 24 square kilometers, and built to the highest international aviation standards. The group is working with its partners to build a modern airport. The project includes the construction of a 125,000-square-meter passenger terminal designed to provide optimal passenger flow and a comfortable travel experience, in addition to 12 modern aircraft bridges and a 3,800-meter runway capable of accommodating a wide range of aircraft.

ميناء جليانة البحريJalyana Seaport

يمتد المشروع حاليًا على مساحة تبلغ 284,393 مترًا مربعًا، مع خطط للتوسعة المستقبلية. ويتضمن المشروع توسيع الأرصفة لزيادة الطاقة الاستيعابية وتعزيز قدرة الميناء على مناولة ما يصل إلى مليون حاوية سنويًا. كما يشمل أيضًا تطوير مرافق المناولة والتخزين لتتوافق مع أعلى المعايير الدولية، وذلك من خلال إنشاء مناطق متقدمة وتركيب رافعات ومعدات حديثة لتسريع العمليات وتحسين الكفاءة.The project spans a current area of 284,393 square meters, with plans for future expansion. It includes the extension of docks to increase capacity and enhance the port's ability to handle up to one million containers annually. Additionally, the project involves upgrading handling and storage facilities to meet the highest international standards through the creation of advanced zones and the installation of modern cranes and equipment to accelerate operations and improve efficiency.

مستشفى بنغازي الدوليBenghazi International Hospital

وفقًا لأعلى معايير الجودة العالمية وما توصل إليه العلم في قطاع الطب من أدوات وتقنيات وأساليب وبرامج علاجية متطورة، وعلى رقعة جغرافية شاسعة، عكفت وحرصت مجموعة خليفة أن تسخر كامل خبراتها وشراكاتها لتشييد مستشفى عصري بعدد أربع طوابق وبسعة سريرية ضخمة، ينفذ طبقًا لإنشاءات وأساسات هندسية متكاملة تراعي كافة احتياجات المرضى وتوفر بيئة مرنة تسهم في تأدية الأطقم الطبية عملها بسرعة فائقة ودقيقة. لأول مرة في تاريخ ليبيا .. مستشفى تخصصي لمرضى الأورام.The facility will feature 185 inpatient beds and a wide range of specialized units and departments tailored to meet the growing healthcare needs of the population. These include 41 outpatient clinics for consultations and diagnostics, 21 emergency care units for acute response, 10 dental clinics, and 9 maternity departments designed to support maternal and neonatal care at the highest standards.

في موقع استراتيجي يأتي بالقرب من مطار بنينا الدولي في مدينة بنغازي، واستمرارًا لشراكة متواصلة تجمع بين مجموعة خليفة القابضة ومجموعة صنوان القابضة، انطلقت أعمال إنشاء فندق يتألف من 5 طوابق، يُنفذ على التصميم الأيقوني المستوحى من شكل الطائرات الكلاسيكية.In a strategic location near Benghazi International Airport, and continuing an ongoing partnership between Khalifa Group Holding and Sunwan Holding, construction has begun on a 5-floor hotel with an iconic design inspired by the shape of classic aeroplanes.
